How to Pick Up Your Universal Orlando Park Tickets
When you book your Universal Orlando vacation through Travel Grown, your planner will send you an E-Travel Document after final payment. This document has everything you need to get your tickets, including your reservation number and your Feature Confirmation number(s). You’ll use the Feature Confirmation number for every pickup method below, so keep that document handy.
Universal no longer uses the self-service Will Call kiosks. Instead, there are three easy ways to get your park tickets.
Option 1: Digital Fulfillment (the easiest option for most guests)
You can get your tickets digitally up to three days before your visit (the first day your tickets are valid). Here’s how:
Go to universalorlando.com/get-tickets.
Enter your Feature Confirmation number and the last name on your reservation.
Link your tickets to your Universal Account, or have them sent to the email address of your choice.
SUPER IMPORTANT NOTE!!!!! Once your tickets are accessed through Digital Fulfillment, the order is issued and cannot be changed. No refunds. No reissuing them to later dates. So only pull them up when you’re sure of your plans. (Maybe the night before?)
Option 2: Universal Vacation Planning Center
If you’re staying at a Universal Orlando Resort hotel or select Universal partner hotels, you’ll find a Vacation Planning Center in the lobby. Team Members there can print your tickets and answer any questions. Just bring your E-Travel Document with your reservation, your ID and Feature Confirmation number(s).
Option 3: Front Gate Ticket Window
You can also pick up your tickets at any front gate ticket window, located at the entrances to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Epic Universe, and Universal Volcano Bay during regular park hours. You’ll need to present your Feature Confirmation number(s) and a valid photo ID.
This is also where you’ll go if you ever have trouble getting your tickets digitally or at the Planning Center.
A Few Things That Can’t Be Picked Up Digitally
Some products are not available through Digital Fulfillment and must be picked up at the Universal Vacation Planning Center or a front gate ticket window:
Annual Passes
Military Freedom Passes
Meal Vouchers (including Leaky Cauldron Breakfast, Three Broomsticks Breakfast, and the Marvel Character Dining Experience)
Gift Cards
My Universal Photos
For Florida Resident tickets, bring a valid Florida photo ID, and for Military Promotional products, bring a valid Military ID.

Keeping Everything Organized
Between your park tickets, room keys and Express Passes, you’ll have quite a few cards to manage. Each person in your travel party will receive their own set, which can include:
Room key
Park tickets
Express Pass
My Universal Photos card
Dining cards (if part of your package)
That’s a lot to keep track of, and the best solution is simple: get a lanyard with a plastic sleeve.
Lanyards are available in the hotel and park gift shops, and you can even find Hogwarts House-themed ones that double as a fun souvenir. They look a little like you’re wearing a house tie, and they make life easier while adding a touch of theme park magic. There are plenty of other lanyard options in the gift shops if Harry Potter isn’t your vibe, and you can order one online before your trip if you’d rather bring your own.
Keeping Everything Accessible During the Day
You’ll use these cards often, so keep them handy in your lanyard. Here’s what you’ll need them for:
Showing your room key or park ticket for early park entry.
Scanning your ticket to enter the parks.
Presenting your Park-to-Park ticket to board the Hogwarts Express or visit both parks in one day.
Scanning your Express Pass at eligible rides and attractions.
Scanning your My Universal Photos card at photo locations or as you exit certain rides.
Having everything easily accessible will save you time and make your park days much smoother.
