Our Services

  • It all begins with research. After you answer a couple of questions, our job begins! We will take your budget & trip goals into consideration as we research the best options for your adventure. We will send you a couple of options to look through and wait for your feedback. We will work together to find the right option for you!

  • Once you are happy with the trip proposal, we will book your trip! We will send you an invoice and collect your deposit using our secure credit card authorization system. Your payment will be paid directly to the supplier (Disney World, Universal Studios, etc.) We do not hold your money. After booking, you will see a confirmation email with the next important steps in planning.

  • After you are booked, the adventure planning begins! You will receive several emails from Travel Grown providing you with all the information you need for your trip. From Genie + to time saving tips, we will send you everything you need to know before you go. There is a lot to learn about a Disney trip, so we spread these emails out to reduce overwhelm.

  • We are always monitoring promotions and discounts. If a discount is released that your trip is eligible for, we will modify your reservation and apply the discount. You don’t have to do anything. We will simply email you to let you know how much money you saved.

  • During adventure planning, you will receive an up to date dining guide with your personal recommendations. After reviewing the guide, let us know what reservations you would like to book. We wake up early when your dining window opens and do our best to secure those hard to get reservations. If we are unable to book your reservation on your dining day, we use an alert system that notifies us when cancellations occur. So we keep trying to get you what you want until you travel!

  • At Travel Grown, we want to take away the stress of planning so you can focus on making memories. This includes making sure your Disney account is set up correctly and ready to go. We will double check to make sure everything is linked properly, your park reservations make sense and no important steps were missed. Then we will create a custom park strategy for you. After you read over this guide, if you have any questions, we can schedule a final call to talk about anything before you travel!

If we already booked, can you still help us plan?

Short answer: Yes! There are 3 ways we can still help you plan. But depending on when and what you booked, your trip may not be eligible for complimentary planning. We are able to offer free planning when you book your trip with Travel Grown because the supplier pays us a commission after you travel. While we love that we can offer our services to you for free, we don’t actually work for free. We work hard around here and we love that we can provide for our families while helping you plan your adventure.

  • If you booked your trip within the last 30 days and it is not paid in full, you can transfer the trip to Travel Grown. Simply fill out the transfer form and we will start the process. Then we will move forward as if you booked your trip with us from the beginning.

  • If your trip is not eligible for transfer, you can always choose to cancel and rebook. Please reach out to us first so we can make sure the trip you want to rebook is still available at the same price.

  • If you want to take care of the booking, or if your trip does not meet eligibility for free planning, we can still help you for a flat $200 planning fee. Just fill out the Planning Fee Form and we will get started.

If we just want tickets, can you still help us plan?

Short answer: Yes! As long as you book 3 day tickets or more with Travel Grown, our planning services are complimentary. If you are booking 2 days or less, or you already booked your tickets, a planning fee will be required.

  • Book your tickets with Travel Grown and we offer our planning services for free.

  • 1 and 2 day Disney tickets do not earn us a commission, so we cannot offer complimentary planning. If you would like a custom park strategy, help with dining and insider knowledge, we require a $200 planning fee.

  • We are unable to transfer ticket only purchases to our agency. If you already booked and would like a custom park strategy, help with dining and insider knowledge, we require a $200 planning fee.

What will working together look like?

Getting Started:

The first step in planning your adventure is to fill out a planning form here. Once you submit a form, we will reach out to you within 48 business hours and send you a few no-obligation quotes. (Please check your spam folder if you don’t hear from us!)

Quoting:

After finding out a little more about you, we will put together a few quotes that we think will be best for your family. We will educate you on destinations and hotels so you can make an informed decision.

Booking:

Once you have decided on the right adventure, we will send over an invoice with a secure payment authorization form, where we safely and securely capture your payment information to process your deposit. For Disney vacation packages, the deposit will be $200.

Payments:

For Disney Vacation Packages, final payment is due 30 days before check in. You can make payments on your invoice at any time along the way. All reservations are booked through a travel agent portal, which means all funds are applied directly to your reservation. We never accept payments directly and always provide you with payment confirmations after each and every payment.

After Booking:

Once you are booked, we will send over your confirmation and a list of important dates to remember. For Disney Vacations, we will start the next steps in planning including: linking your account to your MDE and making sure you select the best park reservations.

Planning Your Adventure:

This is where the fun begins. We will be reminding you of important dates and sending you all the info you need to make the most of your upcoming adventure. We will also be monitoring promotions and discounts and we will apply any to your trip if you are eligible.

Your Adventure Begins:

By now, you will feel prepared and ready to start your trip. We are available via phone/text while you are on your adventure. Once you check in, we no longer have access to modifications of your reservation, but we are here for advice if you need it!
