This guide covers what booking a Disney vacation looks like. If you're booking something else, most of the process is the same, with a few differences we'll walk through with you one on one.

Quoting & Booking
We put together a proposal with multiple options to help you decide where to stay and what to add to your package. Once you've chosen, we book it all for you.
Price Monitoring
Once you're booked, we keep watching for new discounts and promotions. When one applies to your trip, we check eligibility and apply it, saving you money.
Modifications
Need to reschedule or change something? We handle the details. No sitting on hold to add a park day or switch hotels, just let us know and we'll make the change.
IT Assistance
Disney tech can be frustrating. We help with your Disney account, teach you how to use the app, and sort out any IT issues along the way.
Planning Tips
There's so much to know, and a lot of outdated info online. We make sure you have the most current, important details, so you feel prepared.
Dining Reservations
We book your dining reservations for you, no early alarms required. First we send our dining guide with the best recommendations, and we can hop on a call to talk through character meals if you'd like.
Up-to-Date Info
The internet is full of outdated information. We keep you updated on any important changes so you're fully prepared with the details that matter.
Personalized Guide
Before you leave, we send a personalized park guide to help you prioritize and make the most of your time.
From first quote to your final plans
After you share your trip details, we research and put together a proposal with a few options, so you can compare resorts, tickets, and add-ons and choose what fits your family best.
Once you've picked your option, just let us know and we'll secure it. We can place a package on hold for up to three days while you decide. Pricing and availability aren't guaranteed until your deposit is paid.
Your deposit is $200 per room and is fully refundable until 30 days before travel, which is also when your final payment is due. You can make payments anytime along the way by authorizing them on your invoice.
Congratulations, you're booked! The first thing we do is go over important planning dates and get your trip linked to your Disney account. If you don't have one, we'll show you how to set it up.
Between booking and the day you leave, you'll get several helpful resources and tips from me along the way. We'll discuss and book any dining reservations or enchanting extras you want, make any modifications you need, and I'll answer all of your questions.
