What You'll Do

• Speak to clients about their trip goals, research available options that meet their needs and provide quotes.

• Send invoices and book vacations on the clients behalf.

• Educate clients on trip details and prepare them to navigate parks.

• Keep up to date with Disney & Universal news, updating clients with relevant information.

• Apply discounts & promotions to clients reservations when they become available.

• Book dining reservations 60 days our from clients check in date. (6 am ET)

• Create personalized adventure plans for each client.
  

Skills Needed to Succeed

• Strong knowledge & love of Disney parks.

• Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems.

• Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to explain complicated processes.

• Strong leadership skills and understanding of developing and guiding others.

• Ability to manage conflict while maintaining composure.

The Adventure Planner is primarily responsible for planning vacations and educating clients.
At Travel Grown, we handle booking, dining reservations and we prepare our clients to navigate their adventures. This is a remote position with flexible hours. Pay is commission based.
