When you book your trip with Travel Grown, yes! Disney, Universal, and cruise trips all include complimentary planning, with no fees for our services. A flat $200 planning fee applies only to custom trips an agent puts together for you, like Mexico, Italy, or other individual travel, or when you booked the trip yourself.

While we love offering our services to you for free, we don't actually work for free. Suppliers like Disney or Universal pay us a commission after you travel. So our adventure planning stays complimentary for you!

Yes! Payment plans vary based on the supplier. With a Disney Vacation Package, a $200 deposit is due at the time of booking, then your final payment is due 30 days before check-in. You can set up a payment plan or make payments as little or as often as you'd like. All charges are paid directly to the Walt Disney Travel Company, or whichever supplier you're traveling with.

It varies greatly depending on several factors: how many people are traveling, the ages of children, the time of year, length of stay, type of park tickets, and more. But the average trip booked with Travel Grown is around $4,000 to $5,000.

We plan travel and book your trip directly with the supplier. So if you're going to Disney World, your trip is booked directly through Disney, and we can apply any promotions and discounts Disney is offering.

We can't match third-party sellers who advertise discounted offers, but we offer a high level of planning, insider knowledge, and help with modifications or cancellations that you won't find through those third parties.

Third-party sellers are notoriously difficult to reach if an issue comes up, so always check cancellation policies before booking with them and watch for fees that appear at checkout.

We never expect a tip. But if you're extra happy with your planning and want to leave one, we'll gladly accept. Just ask your agent how to send it.
