When you book your trip with Travel Grown, YES! We do not charge any fees for our planning services!While every Disney & Universal Vacation Package is eligible for free planning, there are a few cases when we can not provide complimentary planning and do require a planning fee for our services.

When you booked the trip yourself or want to book a non-commissionable item, we require a $200 fee.

While we love offering our services to you for free, we don’t actually work for free. Suppliers like Disney or Universal pay us a commission after you travel. So our adventure planning is complimentary!

We require a $200 planning fee when you book something that is non-commissionable or if you booked your trip outside of Travel Grown and it isn’t eligible for transfer. You can read more about what requires a planning fee here.

Yes! If you booked your Disney Vacation Package in the last 30 days and have not paid it in full, it is eligible for transfer, you can fill out the transfer form. If your trip isn’t eligible for transfer, we aren’t able to offer complimentary planning. But we can still work together for a $200 planning fee.

Yes! Payment plans will vary based on the supplier. With a Disney Vacation Package, a $200 deposit is due at the time of booking. Then your final payment is due 30 days before check in. You can set up a payment plan or make payments as little or often as you would like. All charges will be paid directly to the Walt Disney Travel Company, or any other supplier you are traveling to.

We do not ever expect you to leave a tip. But if you are extra happy with your planning services and want to leave a tip, we will gladly accept. Just ask your agent how to send one.

The typical vacation cost varies greatly depending on several factors. Pricing will change based on how many people are traveling, the ages of children, what time of year you are visiting, length of stay, type of park tickets and more. But the average trip booked with Travel Grown is around $4000 - $5000.

At Travel Grown, we plan travel and book your trip directly with the supplier. So if you are going to Disney World, your trip is booked directly through Disney. We can apply any promotions and discounts that Disney is offering.

We can not match any third party sellers who sell discounted offers. But we can offer a high level of planning, insider knowledge and help with modifications or cancellations that you won’t find through those third parties.

These third party sellers are notoriously difficult to contact in case an issue arises. Always check cancellation policies before you book with them and make sure you aren’t missing any fees that show up at checkout.

Yes! Making modifications to your trip is one of the services we offer. If it’s not an easy fix, we sit on hold for you!
