Arrival at Orlando International Airport
After landing, follow the airport signs to the main terminal and retrieve your luggage from Level 2.
Private Transportation: Meet your driver at the bottom of the escalators near your baggage carousel, side A or B, Level 2.
Rideshare or Car Rentals: Head to Level 1, side A or B.
Universal SuperStar Shuttle: Proceed to the Hotel Transportation Desk on Level 1, side A or B.

Resort Check-In Tips
Rooms are typically ready by 4 p.m., but you can arrive anytime. Remember:
All Universal Orlando on-property resorts charge a daily parking fee, with valet available at most locations.
One adult 21 or older must be present with a major credit card and photo ID for incidentals. A hold will be placed on your card for any charges.

Bell Services can deliver your luggage to your room once it is ready. If you plan to visit the parks immediately, you can store your bags for the day.
Check-Out Tips
Check-out is at 11 a.m. You can use the TV, phone, express check-out, or front desk. Bell Services can hold any remaining luggage until departure, allowing you to enjoy your final day at the resort. Be sure to pack a day bag with swimsuits, a change of clothes, and sunscreen for your last adventures.
