Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

Beginning January 13, the Fuentes del Morro Feature Pool and Aquatic Play Area will be closed for routine maintenance and is expected to reopen at the end of January. All other resort pools will be available.

Disney’s Boardwalk Inn, Disney’s BoardWalk Villas

From January 2025 through May 2025, the merchandise locations along Disney’s BoardWalk will be refurbished in phases. Two merchandise locations will remain available for Guests throughout the refurbishment. During this time, Guests may see and hear construction activity in the area.

Disney's All-Star Movies Resort

From January 2025 through April 2025, Fantasia Pool at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort will be closed for routine maintenance. Guests may see or hear construction work during daytime hours. During this time, Guests are welcome to swim in the Duck Pond Pool at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort.

From mid-August through the end of November, Rialto in the World Premiere Food Court will be closed for refurbishment.

Disney’s Pop Century Resort

Refurbishment work is happening at the Everything POP Food Court through April 2025. The full menu and all seating will remain available for Guests to enjoy. During this time, Guests may see or hear construction work in the area.

From late March 2025 to mid-February 2026, Guest rooms at Disney’s Pop Century Resort will undergo refurbishment. While all resort amenities will remain available, Guests may notice construction during daytime hours.

Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Disney’s Beach Club Villas, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort

As our Resort hotel refurbishments continue, you may see or hear construction during daytime hours.

Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts Refurbishment
Beginning in January 2025, Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts are currently undergoing refurbishments. While Guests may see or hear construction work during daytime hours, most Resort hotel amenities will remain available. Additionally, from January 2025 through June 2025, Stormalong Bay and Shipwreck Pool will be closed for routine maintenance.

Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort

From Sept. 2024-Sept. 2025, room refurbishment work will take place in Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. During the refurbishment, Guests will see and hear construction work throughout Bay Lake Tower. Additionally, the Skybridge may experience intermittent closures. Please allow extra time for travel as alternate paths may be utilized.

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is currently undergoing refurbishment. Guests will be able to see and hear construction around the resort – including the lobby – during daytime hours. Most Resort hotel amenities will remain available. Please allow for extra travel time.

The Courtyard Pool, spa, and Courtyard Pool Bar at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa are scheduled to be closed from January 20, 2025, through late February 2025, for routine maintenance on the Courtyard Pool building.

Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows

Now through 2026, you may see and hear construction and refurbishment work during daytime hours. The ongoing enhancements may impact views from several places within the Resort hotel property. To minimize disruptions during your stay, activities that may create noise will begin no earlier than 9:00 AM.

Refurbishment work is subject to change due to operational needs or weather conditions.

Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter

From May 2024 through Spring 2025, some Guest rooms at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter will be under refurbishment. Guests may see or hear construction work during daytime hours. Most Resort hotel amenities will remain available.

Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside

From early April 2025 through the end of January 2026, guest rooms in the Magnolia Bend at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside will undergo refurbishment. During this time, guests may see or hear construction work in the area.

Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge

From mid-May 2025 to September 2025, Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge will undergo refurbishment. While all Resort amenities will remain available, you may notice refurbishment work during daytime hours.
