The Rainforest Room includes heated loungers, steam rooms, saunas, and specialty showers with varying temperatures and water pressures. On the Disney Wish and Disney Treasure, the Rainforest Room also includes an outdoor relaxation area reserved exclusively for spa guests.

Guests can purchase a Rainforest Room pass for the entire cruise, which allows unlimited access during spa operating hours. Day passes may also be available but are limited and based on availability.

If the Rainforest Room is high on your priority list, visiting the spa early on embarkation day gives you the best chance of securing a pass.

Most Senses Spa and Salon services can be booked once your final payment is made and your onboard activity booking window opens. Your booking window depends on your Castaway Club status.

Reservations can be made through the Disney Cruise Line website or the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.

Some offerings, including the Rainforest Room, may only be booked once you are onboard. Because of this, it is a good idea to visit the spa on embarkation day to ask about availability and current specials.

Who Can Use Senses Spa and Salon

In general, Senses Spa and Salon is for guests ages 18 and older.

Guests ages 13 to 17 may participate in select spa services if a parent or guardian books the service and remains present for the duration of the appointment.

Disney typically hosts a spa open house on embarkation day. During this time, guests of all ages are welcome to tour the spa, Rainforest Room, and fitness center. This is a great opportunity to see the space before deciding whether to book anything.

Fitness Center

The ship’s fitness center is located within the Senses Spa and Salon area and is complimentary for guests.

The minimum age to use the fitness center is 18. Guests ages 14 to 17 may use the fitness center when accompanied by an adult.

You will find cardio equipment like treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and stair climbers, as well as free weights and strength machines. Group fitness classes such as yoga, pilates, and spinning are often offered for an additional fee. Personal training sessions are also available.
