You are going to Disney World!
There are a few important steps to know about as we start planning your adventure. Keep reading for a quick overview & save the email I just sent you, it has your important dates listed.
We need to link your reservation and tickets to your Disney account.
Head back to your confirmation email and fill out the attached form.
This will give me access to link everything for you and plan on your behalf.
THE FIRST THING YOU NEED TO DO IS:
Dining Reservations can be booked 60 days in advance.
This is 60 days before your check-in day if you are staying on-site or 60 days before your ticket day, if you are staying off-site. You can go ahead and read over our recommended restaurants below. We will remind you a couple of times before your dining day, so don’t think you need to figure this out now.
Your Final Payment is due 30 days before check-in.
(If you booked a Disney Vacation Package) Your payments are never automatic. You will need to authorize payment on your invoice each time you want to make a payment, just like you did with your deposit. If you deleted your invoice email, let me know and I will resend it. Save it, because you can make payment on it as often as you would like along the way.
Need to make a change? I can make any changes or modifications to resort without penalty up to 30 days before arrival. If something comes up let me know!

If you want to read ahead, you can access a lot of this information in your Adventure Plans. We will send you email reminders throughout our planning time to make sure you remember important dates and details.
Your Adventure Plans password is located in your confirmation email.
Your tickets are digital.
You will find them linked in your Disney account. We will go over this in more detail after you fill out your form.
You can buy Magic Bands that will link to your ticket.
Learn more about magic bands and decide if you need them here. I will email you again about this later, so don’t think you need to decide now.
