First, we link your reservation and tickets to your Disney account.

The first thing you need to do is head back to your confirmation email and fill out the attached form. This gives me access to link everything for you and plan on your behalf.

Good to know

A couple of key dates

60days

Dining reservations open 60 days in advance.

That's 60 days before your check-in day if you're staying on-site, or 60 days before your ticket day if you're staying off-site. Feel free to read over our recommended restaurants. We'll remind you a couple of times before your dining day, so you don't need to figure this out now.

Dining Recommendations
30days

Your final payment is due 30 days before check-in.

(If you booked a Disney Vacation Package.) Your payments are never automatic. You'll need to authorize payment on your invoice each time, just like you did with your deposit. If you deleted your invoice email, let me know and I'll resend it. Save it, because you can make a payment on it as often as you'd like along the way.

Need to make a change? I can make changes or modifications to your resort without penalty up to 30 days before arrival. If something comes up, let me know!
Stay in the loop

You'll see a lot of helpful planning tips in your inbox.

Through a series of emails, I'll share what you need to know and answers to FAQs, all designed to remove the overwhelm and get you straight to the fun part of your Disney vacation.

Some of these emails are sent automatically. You'll know it's an automatic email when the subject line begins with TRAVEL GROWN:

If you want to read ahead, you can access a lot of this information in your Adventure Plans. We'll send email reminders throughout our planning time so you remember important dates and details.

Your Adventure Plans password is in your confirmation email.

Your tickets

Tickets & Magic Bands

Your tickets are digital.

You'll find them linked in your Disney account. We'll go over this in more detail after you fill out your form.

You can buy Magic Bands that link to your ticket.

Learn more about Magic Bands and decide if you need them here. I'll email you again about this later, so you don't need to decide now.

That's it for now!

As soon as we link your reservation to your Disney account, we'll move on to the next stage of planning. Remember, you can email or schedule a call with your Adventure Planner anytime with your questions.

Now head back to your email and fill out that form!
