Tri-Circle-D Ranch at Disney World: A Quiet, Unexpected Favorite

If you’re looking for something a little different to do on your Disney World trip, Tri-Circle-D Ranch is one of those spots that surprises people in the best way. Read more about non-horse activities at Ft. Wilderness Resort.

This place is so much more than a horse stable.

Located on the edge of Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, Tri-Circle-D Ranch is a working ranch and home to more than 90 horses. This includes the iconic ponies that pull Cinderella’s carriage and the horses you see on Main Street U.S.A.

It’s calm, outdoorsy, and feels worlds away from the parks, even though you’re still very much in Disney World.

About Tri-Circle-D Ranch

Disney takes horse care seriously, and this ranch is a big part of that commitment. The horses here include a mix of breeds like:

  • Arabians

  • Clydesdales

  • Quarter Horses

  • Percherons

  • Shetland Ponies

You can stop by just to walk around and see the horses, or you can book one of the experiences below.
