Ministry of Magic at Universal Epic Universe - Exploring The Wizarding World of Harry Potter
When you enter through the most magical portal in Epic Universe, you’ll find yourself in 1920s Paris. It’s a place where the Wizarding World and the Muggle world overlap. After stepping through the towering Phoenix Arch, you’ll arrive at Place Cachée, a hidden, wizarding district inspired by Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.
The Main Attraction: Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry
After wandering through wizarding Paris, step into the Floo Network to travel to 1990s London. It’s a big day in Wizarding World history.
In Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry, Dolores Umbridge is facing trial for her crimes against Muggle-borns, until she escapes with a few Death Eaters. Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Umbridge’s house-elf Higgledy need your help to stop her from finding a Time-Turner in the Department of Mysteries and restoring Voldemort’s reign.
This new attraction has a 40 inch height requirement and takes guests through multiple departments of the Ministry, combining thrilling movement and detailed storytelling that makes you feel like part of the fight.
Entertainment and Experiences
Le Cirque Arcanus
Posters around Place Cachée invite you to Le Cirque Arcanus, a once-famous magical circus now plotting its big comeback. Ringmaster Skender has stolen Newt Scamander’s suitcase of creatures, and it’s up to you to help his assistant Gwenlyn rescue them before it’s too late.
This live show combines performers, puppets, and special effects in the first fully immersive theatrical experience in the Wizarding World.
Character Encounters
As you explore, you’ll meet Beauxbatons students, Hogwarts and Ilvermorny exchange visitors, and even a French Auror keeping an eye on suspicious activity. There’s also a trio of street musicians traveling with their adorable puffskein, Plume.
Keep an eye on the shop windows, magical creatures are hiding everywhere. You might even spot a Niffler trying to stash a gold bar.
Environmental Magic
