You are going on a Disney Cruise!
There are a few important steps to know about as we start planning your adventure. Keep reading for a quick overview & save the email I just sent you, it has your important dates listed.
We need to link your reservation to your Disney account.
Head back to your confirmation email and fill out the attached form.
This will give me access to link everything for you.
THE FIRST THING YOU NEED TO DO IS:
Head back to your confirmation email and write down your important dates to remember.
Final Payment : You are free to make payments any time you'd like on your invoice. You will not be able to make onboard activity or shore excursion reservations until final payment is made. Onboard activities and shore excursions open at least 75 days in advance, depending on length of cruise and your Castaway Club status.
Shore Excursions & Online Reservations: You will make these reservations on your own through your DCL account. You must be paid in full prior to making any reservations. I am happy to make recommendations for onboard activities and excursions, unique to your sailing.
Online Check In: This is when you will select a port arrival time and upload required documentation.
DATES TO REMEMBER
Pre-Paid Gratuities:
Disney Cruise Line Tipping Policy: Automatic gratuity applies to individual guests of all ages and stateroom categories. Disney Cruise Line will automatically add gratuity to each guest's account on a daily basis. You can add this prior to sailing to reduce your onboard account expense. You may also pre-pay and elect to increase your gratuities, based on level of service.
*Gratuities will not automatically be added to your cruise fare. Please let me know if you would like me to add them to your cruise balance**
Vacation Protection Plan:
While I don't typically recommend vacation protection for all vacations, I do ALWAYS recommend them for cruising. If you would like more information, you can read that here.
